Axalta Coating Systems recently announced that effective immediately, Ashish Jawadiwar has been promoted to the position of Chief Information and Digital Officer.

He reports directly to Robert Bryant, CEO of Axalta. In his new role, Jawadiwar will be responsible for driving new IT processes and leveraging digital solutions to improve efficiency, productivity and connectivity of the company’s customers, suppliers and employees.

Jawadiwar brings with him over 20 years of leadership experience to his new role in pushing forward strategic IT objectives that drive business results. He became a part of Axalta in August 2018 as Director, IT – Americas CIO. He previously served in several senior IT leadership roles at Coty since joining the company in 2005. Before leaving Coty, he held the position of a multi-region business facing Senior Director in IT. He also served in IT Manager and Director roles at Unilever.
