Car-O-Liner has recently announced the release of its latest video that highlights the features and functions of the CTR9 Fully Automatic Spot Welder.

In the video, representatives of the company demonstrate the ergonomically improved functions of the CTR9 fully automatic resistance spot welder. It focuses on showcasing how the Ergo-grip handles of the equipment allow repair technicians to hold the gun comfortably in any required position. It also demonstrates the function of the double rotating c-tong handle, showing how it provides higher productivity while reducing strains and injuries.

Car-O-Liner has developed the CTR9 spot welder as its latest technology offering for a greater working range. The fully automatic welder is equipped with a new, revolutionized light-weight transformer gun, according to the company. To enable perfect working positions for repair technicians, it comes with a 355° swivel handle and ergo-grip. The gun, which is supported by a telescopic arm in a durable and lightweight extruded aluminum, can be adjusted easily both vertically and horizontally by the user. Additionally, the welder automatically establishes the required settings to ensure the proper weld nugget. Other features that promote better welding include a low center of gravity gives mobility and stability, a 16,000-amp transformer and CANBUS communication, among others.
