Fix Auto has recently announced the addition of Fix Auto Markham to its network.
Arriving from Guyana in 1986, shop owner Tony Vieira first established his independent venture in 1991. The repair facility has been integral to the Markham business community ever since. “The support from our community and customers is what has kept us in business for all these years,” says Vieira.
Vieira, in his search for a suitable banner, wished to partner with a brand that believes in and emphasizes teamwork. “Our team here at Fix Auto Markham are extremely dedicated to high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service and I expect the same from our franchise partner; we found that in Fix Auto,” he explains.
To help each strategic franchise partner operate and expand its business successfully, the Fix Auto network has forged strong relationships with insurance partners and suppliers throughout Canada. In addition to these partnerships, the network has created operational, management and marketing tools that streamline processes, add efficiencies and leverage national and local marketing initiatives.
The Markham team is geared up to serve its customers and the local community with the excellent service they are used to. The facility now has a newly installed prep station along with an upgraded reception area to match Fix Auto’s modern design criteria.
“Our team of professionals makes all the difference,” says Vieira. “I’m proud to have this group with me knowing I can trust the work will be done right each and every time.”
Daryll O’Keefe, Regional Vice President, Fix Automotive Network, Ontario and Manitoba, adds, “We are very happy to partner Tony and his entire team at Fix Auto Markham. They’ve worked hard to establish themselves in the business community and their dedication clearly demonstrates our shared vision of innovation, entrepreneurship and outstanding service.”
