Designed to help customers create more accurate and quicker colour matches, this system features unique colour technology built into a lighter and faster unit. This helps with more vehicle throughput.
The Voltaprem 5000, Axalta’s newly launched, environmentally friendly Impregnating Resin for High Voltage Applications, has been developed to significantly decrease application time as well as energy consumption. Besides providing better coverage, this also increases the efficiency and productivity of the applicator. Axalta asserts that the company’s technological breakthroughs have aided in lowering the application temperature by 20 degrees and allowed for 20% higher application/curing speed. Representing the future for high voltage motor impregnating resins, the Voltaprem 5000 is made up of 25 percent renewable raw materials.
