The Boyd Group recently announced that it had acquired a collision repair facility in Guelph, Ont. on March 15 this year.

The facility will function under the group’s Assured Automotive banner. It had been previously operating as Majestic Collision.

“We are very excited to add this location, which has served the Guelph market well for many years,” says Tony Canade, President of Assured Automotive. “We look forward to becoming part of the community and the opportunity to provide the friendly service and quality repairs that Assured is known for.”

“With this acquisition in Guelph, Assured now operates from nine locations in Southwestern Ontario. This strengthened presence enables us to better serve our customers and insurance partners. We are pleased to broaden our reach in the province and we look forward to increasing our footprint in the surrounding markets,” Canade added.

The Boyd Group is continuously working to expand its current operational network in Canada and the U.S. by adding new collision repair locations to its family.
