CARSTAR Brantford and CARSTAR Brantford West have announced a change of ownership, with Javier Torres and Rafael Camacho taking over from the LC Group.

Formerly working in the capacity of a partner as well as VP of Operations of the LC Group, Javier significantly contributed to the successful growth of the company’s multiple locations. Having been a part of the industry for over 20 years now, 12 of which were spent with the LC Group, Javier has a fair understanding of how to run a successful repair centre.

“My dream has always been to have my own network of collision repair centres,” says Javier Torres, owner and Director of Operations, Torcam Group. “With the experience, research and certifications I have gained through the years, coupled with the outstanding team within Torcam, I feel like we are ready to take on this exciting new venture.”

Rafael Camacho is set to support Javier in this journey, bringing with him over 40 years of entrepreneurial experience in powering the financial success of large organizations. Camacho is excited to be a part of the collective growth of the CARSTAR facilities, which is now headed by the new ownership team known as the Torcam Group.

Javier Torres and his son Sebastian are to manage the team with Camacho and Liliana Galeano providing accounting support. Galeano, stepping in as the Director of Finance for Torcam, has managed accounts and finance for the LC Group for over 12 years. As the General Manager of Torcam Group, Sebastian Torres is to take charge of the growth and development of the group through his strong insurance relations.
