Color Compass, a paint, body and equipment distributor in Western Canada, has announced the acquisition of WD Co-Auto’s PBE Division.

Based in Edmonton, Alberta, WD Co-Auto’s PBE Division caters to independent and member-dealer body shop customers across Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba and Saskatchewan.

Color Compass is WD Co-Auto’s preferred and exclusive supplier of body shop supplies.

“This partnership will ensure our customers receive the best service, brands, and product selection available from a PBE supplier,” says Mike Reid, President of WD Co-Auto.

This merger brings together almost 300 knowledgeable staff from both companies. Customers will now be able to access four Color Compass training Universities and leading inventory management systems. Additionally, they will also have access to the Color Compass branch network with 14 locations throughout Western Canada.
