In honour of its 30th Anniversary this month, CARSTAR has announced #FreeRepairFebruary for customers.
The network is giving away 30 customer-pay repairs for free in several locations across the U.S. and Canada. The participating facilities are to surprise 30 customers by footing their bill when returning their cars. These customers, who otherwise would have to pay for their repairs, will be able to get premier vehicle service free of charge.
“Our customer was ecstatic when we awarded them a free repair, as were we, because we formed a meaningful friendship between our staff and this client which was just a magical experience,” says Romena Deokinandan, owner, CARSTAR Newmarket. “We were excited to take part in this program in partnership with other locally owned and operated CARSTAR locations across North America as it not only unites us but unites the communities we serve.”
CARSTAR has always placed due importance on giving back to the communities that the organization works and lives in. The company believes that with the independently owned and operated collision repair facilities across North America, its franchise partners have been able to help people beyond their collision repair needs.

The #FREERepairFebruary offer is a part of CARSTAR’s year-long celebration of its 30th anniversary. To show its gratitude to the communities, franchise partners and industry partners for their continued support during its 30 years in business, the CARSTAR network will be doing something unique every month.
