Fix Network World has announced the appointment of Carl Brabander as its new Head of Global Franchise Development, effective January 1, 2019.

Before being promoted to this senior role, Brabander held the position of Vice President of Marketing since he joined the company in 2014. He has led global marketing, advertising and brand strategies that have helped in the growth and establishment of Fix Network World’s brands worldwide.

In his new role, Brabander will be responsible for collaborating with master franchisees and industry partners to promote the development of Fix Auto, NOVUS Glass and Speedy Auto Service networks around the world.

David Lingham, Head of Business, Fix Network World, believes that the network requires a continued focus on its recent and rapid growth to help ensure the brands continue to develop and scale over time.

“Carl brings a deep knowledge of our brands [Fix Auto, NOVUS Glass, Speedy Auto Service and SRP] to this new role and his enthusiasm and ability to build positive relationships make him a natural fit for increasing the number of touchpoints between all stakeholders,” he says.

Brabander’s marketing projects and responsibilities will be reassigned within the network’s existing marketing team as he continues his transition into the new role. Further organizational announcements are to follow.

Brabander plans to help advance franchise development by leveraging his experience with strategic innovation within the network. Additionally, he considers the owner-operators who make up the network as a key source of motivation. “Fix Network’s brands are powered by the drive and entrepreneurial spirit of our franchisees, and I am excited to support their growth and success in this new role,” says Brabander.
