Aon has entered into a strategic partnership with Jaguar Land Rover Canada to offer brand-specific insurance coverage.
The luxury vehicle manufacturer’s Canadian customers will now have access to this exclusive coverage with Jaguar Insurance and Land Rover Insurance fuelled by Aon Reed Stenhouse.
The insurance policies by Aon have been officially launched in Canada on February 4, 2019. The primary focus of the partnership has been to provide a smooth customer experience. Aon will eventually become an extension of the Jaguar and Land Rover brands as white label solutions.
“The partnership offers a way to personalize the buying process even further,” says Caroline Mills-White, Senior Vice President and National Director of Aon Personal Lines, Affinity. “We’re integrating the insurance component into the brand experience, and we’re able to do so with a partner who believes in providing the highest level of standards, just like us.”
The insurance policies can be customized to meet the specific needs of a driver’s vehicles. All types of vehicles, such as daily commuters, collector editions, and antique models, are eligible to apply for coverage. The policies also guarantee that vehicles that have genuine parts can be kept true to form. Qualified technicians will be able to carry out all repairs required by the insurance claimants at the brand’s approved facilities. Additionally, Jaguar Land Rover customers now have access to a network of expert brokers who can help with vehicle protection.
Following the launch of a successful model in Canada, Rob Whisson, Director Customer Service Canada, now looks forward to a global expansion. “Our plan to lay foundations for long-term growth also starts with finding a Canadian partner who is aligned with our vision,” he says.
