Vehicle customizing is a popular trend, which explains why vehicle wrapping film featured prominently at 3M’s paint and body supplier SEMA Show booth.

As interest in these removable vinyl wrapping films continues to grow, 3M is fervently adding new colours and motifs to its extensive vinyl wrap catalogue. According to 3M official, Paul Amos, the company is committed to adding product lines to meet the demand created by the newest trends in colours and motifs to its Wrap Film Series 1080 line.

Chrome accents are where it’s at these days. As the 3M rep explains, the vinyl wrapping is as easy to install and it is to remove, without damage to paint finishes. This ease-of-use allows vehicle owners to modify the appearance of their vehicles as often as they wish, completely free of residual effects on paint and body panels.

3M applied a complete military-inspired wrapping to a 2018 KIA Stinger at this year’s SEMA Show that also had the unique ability to change colour in relation to ambient lighting, which is sure to turn heads morning, noon and night.
