It was recently announced that Color Compass Corporation has merged with the U.S.-based Wesco Group of Companies.

With the merger, Wesco, which operates primarily in the western United States will now incorporate 12 distribution centres, 9 divisions and more than 70 jobber locations across the Western U.S. and most of Canada.

The merger will also result in one of the largest privately held Paint and Body Equipment distributors in North America.

Wesco was established in 1974 and distributes supplies not only for the automotive collision repair market but also the aerospace, commercial, industrial and marine sectors.
