On October 3-4 Fix Automotive Network (FAN), hosted its Atlantic Canada Regional Meeting in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

In attendance were franchise strategic partners, members of FAN’s corporate team, along with insurance partners, fleet partners as well as valued suppliers.

The event represented the first time that all three banners, Fix Auto, Speedy Auto Service and NOVUS Glass were represented at the regional level in Atlantic Canada. “It’s exciting to have all of our brands under one roof for our annual meeting,” said Mark Weeks, General Manager of Fix Automotive Network Atlantic. “This gives us the perfect opportunity to continue to build our One Family with One Vision.”

Currently, the FAN Atlantic Region has grown to encompass 39 locations, including all three brands.

“Since our last meeting, we’ve welcomed five new Fix Auto shops and are so pleased to announce the Network’s first new build, standalone NOVUS Glass shop which will be opening very soon in Miramachi, N.B.,” said Weeks.

As the number of strategic partners in the region has grown, FAN has added additional staff that will be dedicated to supporting all three brands and those partners that represent them.

The FAN Atlantic corporate team has continued to focus on supplier and insurance partner relationships, training initiatives, shop performance and increased presence with Skills Canada; all to benefit the franchise strategic partners.

Steve Leal, President & CEO of Fix Automotive Network World joined the delegates to give an update on the network from a national and global perspective.

“Globally, FAN is over 2,100 locations including all three brands,” said Leal. “The hard work of our shop owners in every region directly contributes to the success of Fix Automotive Network around the world, and our spirited team in Atlantic Canada plays a major role in that success. The feedback we receive from our network is immeasurable, which is why these regional meetings are so important to help us continue to deliver the operational and management tools shop owners require to succeed.”

“It’s hard to believe, but this year we are recognizing five Speedy Auto Service shops for achieving 40 years of service in their communities,” said Mark Weeks. “This is a tremendous milestone and we are so grateful to have such a rich history in the FAN family.” The Fix Automotive Network success is attributed directly to the commitment of franchise strategic partners to delivering high quality repairs and amazing customer service.
