Fix Automotive Network (FAN) Canada has announced the appointment of Sylvain Séguin as Vice President of Operations.

In his new role, Séguin will oversee the operations teams for all brands within the Network in Canada. These include Fix Auto and NOVUS Glass, as well as Speedy Auto Service.

As a member of the executive team, Séguin will be located in the Fix Automotive Network national head office in Blainville, Que. and report directly to Fix Automotive Network World President & CEO, Steve Leal.

Prior to joining the Fix Automotive Network, Séguin held a variety of positions in the automotive aftermarket services sector during his 29-year career, with increasing responsibility. From 2004 onwards, he worked at AkzoNobel Coatings Inc., with his most recent role being Canadian Country Manager.

His tenure with AkzoNobel included budget management, managing large teams and developing effective growth and operations strategies. Séguin began his career in the industry as an automotive painter providing him a unique, operations level perspective of the business.
