Andy Raposo, General Manager for Fix Auto Alberta & Saskatchewan, has announced an additional location in Edmonton for owner Albert Rosanova.
Fix Auto Edmonton Tamarack will serve area customers as a convenient satellite location offering estimating services, with work being supported by his existing two locations of Fix Auto Edmonton North and West. “I am extremely happy to open our third Fix Auto location in Edmonton,” said Rosanova.
Fix Auto Tamarack will increase the overall service area for Rosanova’s shops. “We are able to provide our customers with estimating services in the Tamarack area, saving them the drive to either our North or West location,” said Rosanova.
The added convenience of this new location for customers to drop off and pick up their vehicles, coupled with the entire team’s dedication to high quality repair work will help deliver a better overall customer experience. “Our Fix Auto Edmonton North and West locations have both received their Canadian Collision Industry Accreditation Program (CCIAP) and I-CAR Gold Class recognition, and we have staff that are truly dedicated to the business; some of which have been a valued part of our team for over 20 years.”
Rosanova’s decision to join the Fix Auto family was based on the changing industry. “I wanted to partner with a forward-thinking organization that gives me the tools I need to grow my business and I found that in Fix Auto.” Fix Auto works diligently with its franchise strategic partners to help them run and grow their businesses with innovative management, operational and marketing tools. Plus, on-going training opportunities and trusted relationships with suppliers and insurance partners all help to improve shop processes resulting in high quality repairs and customer satisfaction.
Andy Raposo concludes, “We are thrilled to partner with Albert on his third location. Albert has been a true Fix Auto champion since joining our network; even winning the 2017 Fix Auto President’s Award for his, and his teams achievements. Welcome to Fix Auto Edmonton Tamarack!”
