Steve Leal, President & CEO of Fix Auto World welcomed staff from across Canada to the second annual meetings for all Fix Automotive Network (FAN) corporate brands held in Ottawa, Ont. on June 6.
“Our network is growing rapidly, having added numerous locations since our team meeting last year so our delegation rose to 85 team members,” said Leal. “These meetings are not only an investment in our people, they are also an investment in the business as our corporate team supports our growth and the operations of our franchise strategic partners.”
Every team member from all regions of the country representing each department descended on the beautiful Brookstreet Hotel just outside of Ottawa for business updates that included a lookback over the year and what is to come as FAN moves forward as One Family with One Vision. “Our network may consist of different brands, but we are united as one family,” stated Leal. FAN is the largest automotive aftermarket services provider in Canada uniting multiple services in the industry: collision, mechanical and glass. These meetings are a great way to keep the team informed regarding the path forward which in turn supports the FAN franchise strategic partners.
Fix Automotive Network boasts a culture of growth and innovation; both of which were very clear as each presenter took the stage. From Sales, to Marketing, to Operations, the focus never shifted. “It’s an exciting time to be a part of the FAN family,” commented Alexandra Zalec, Vice President of Marketing for FAN Canada. “With Steve’s vision and exceptional leadership, our team is united more than ever as we continue driving forward to become the premier automotive aftermarket services solution not only in Canada, but also around the world.”
Leal added: “The key to our success is our people and I am so proud of the team and the immense amount of work they do every day as we continue on this journey together; we are a united family with the vision, determination and a spirit that defines the Fix Automotive Network.”
