Pfaff Autoworks invited technicians and industry members to join them for an educational evening (Nov. 15) with Mike Anderson, a top-ranked presenter in the collision business.

An Accredited Automotive Manager (AAM), Mike Anderson provided an overview on the direction of the collision repair industry. He gave many examples of why the approach to collision repairs has to change and why it is so important for technicians to research proper repair procedures.

In addition, representatives from Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche, BMW, MINI, Toyota, and Lexus were on site to provide insight into their latest technologies and repair procedures.
