With collision parts representing around 40 percent of an average collision centre’s total sales volume, effective parts management is critical not only for sales but also process and cycle times. This seminar will focus on key processes such as ordering, receiving, storing, delivery and returning parts. The seminar also includes key business management practices and lean processes for continuous improvement, standardization and value stream management.
