PPG Automotive Refinish has announced its fall training program in both Canada and the U.S.

Through November and December, PPG is offering the following programs:

MVP Green Belt

(November 28-30 2017, Grand Times Hotel, Drummondville, Que., December 4-7, Town Place Suites, Wareham, Mass.)

This innovative four-day program is aimed at process improvement using Six Sigma principles tailored for the collision repair industry.

MVP Business of Parts Management

(December 5, Double Tree Inn, West Edmonton, Alta., December 7, Calgary Courtyard Marriott Airport, Calgary, Alta)

With collision parts representing around 40 percent of an average collision centre’s total sales volume, effective parts management is critical not only for sales but also process and cycle times. This seminar will focus on key processes such as ordering, receiving, storing, delivery and returning parts. The seminar also includes key business management practices and lean processes for continuous improvement, standardization and value stream management.

MVP Business in the 21st Century

(December 7, Houston BDC, Houston, Texas)

Taking a look at the current state of the collision repair industry, this course focuses on how owners and managers can position their business for continued success and competitive advantage in collision repair.
