I-CAR has announced the addition of two new Hands-On Skills training courses as part of its Hands-On Skills Development Series.
The new courses are Plastic Repair (NS105L01) and Resistance Spot Welding (ST015L01).
The Plastic Repair program is a four-hour course that’s designed to deliver hands-on experience in plastic repairs for attendees. During the program, students will perform a variety of real-world plastic repairs using actual techniques found in collision shops, this includes using hot air and airless techniques, as well as bonding adhesives for today’s plastic parts.
The Squeeze-Type Resistance Spot Welding course; is a five-hour program that’s designed to teach students the techniques required to perform superior spot welds. The course includes hands-on experience using different techniques and metals.
