Assured Performance Network hosted its annual conference at the prestigious JM Marriott Desert Ridge in Phoenix, Ariz.

The objective was to bring Assured’s OEM certified repair networks together and get a chance to share knowledge ideas, as well as providing updates on its Certification 2.0 program, first announced back in July.

Certified 2.0 was conceived as a range of tools and initiatives designed to inform, educate and attract customers to shops that have made the investment in OEM Certification and are able to deliver top quality, OEM certified repairs and customer service.

Following the initial announcement, Assured Performance is focusing on helping its network of shops become the ideal collision repair business for 2020—an organization that is process driven and provides complete collision care, via automotive re-manufacturing, servicing, training and customer service.
