From August 23-25, CARSTAR North America gathered together as one for the annual CARSTAR North America Conference, recognized as the collision repair industry’s largest Multi-Shop Owner (MSO) network event.

Taking place in Charlotte, N.C., the home of CARSTAR’s parent company Driven Brands, Inc.; the CARSTAR conference was designed to showcase the Queen City and all it has to offer as well as the racing environment Charlotte is famously known for.

Themed the “1NE CARSTAR,” this year’s CARSTAR Conference was held at the Westin Hotel in Charlotte as well as the Charlotte Motor Speedway.  More than 1,500 CARSTAR franchisees from across North America, corporate team members, vendors and industry leaders took part in the event.

The event began with dinner and awards presentation Wednesday night to recognize several of the top-performing franchisees, then capped off the evening with a special appearance by NASCAR legend Jeff Gordon, courtesy of Axalta Coatings Systems and a visit to the NASCAR Hall of Fame.

The CARSTAR North America Conference also focused on strategic planning, management and technical education sessions, as well as panel discussions, motivational speakers and an insurance industry forum.

Attending guests also had an opportunity to visit Charlotte Motor Speedway for a vendor expo as well as take some laps around the 1.5-mile speedway.
