Leanne Jefferies, VP Canadian Operations, Assured Performance Network tells us that Certified Collision Care announced Concours Collision Centres have achieved official OEM Certification at three locations by FCA Canada as a Mopar Certified Collision Repair Facility for the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram and Fiat brands.  In addition, the location at 1201 42 Avenue SE is Ford National Body Shop Network Certified, and the Royal Vista location is now part of the Nissan Certified Collision Repair Network.

Concours Collision Centres have been proudly serving the Calgary market for 36 years.  Owner Ken Friesen was one the first repairers in Canada to embrace lean strategies in his business, and continues to be on the leading edge in innovation and continuous improvement, as a member of the Coyote Vision group. His top focus today is on OEM Certification at his locations.

Ken explains, “OEM Certification is the next big shift in the collision repair industry, and I am focused on aligning with OEMs as part of their certified collision repair networks.  It takes a high level of commitment and ongoing investment in tools, equipment and training of our staff, to ensure repairs are completed to OEM specifications, and becoming OEM certified provides the opportunity for repairers to position themselves as leaders in their market.”  Ken adds, “We are very proud to be a part of the Certified Collision Care program, and to achieve official OEM Certification by Fiat Chrysler, Ford and Nissan. This recognition helps us demonstrate our high level of professionalism to both our customers and our insurance partners.”

The Certified Collision Care program provides all qualified collision repairers the opportunity to attain multiple OEM Certifications in Canada within a single program, audit process and cost.
