Polyvance, a leading supplier of nitrogen welding and plastic repair equipment has introduced an instructional training video aimed specifically at 1999-2004 Ford Mustang front bumper cover repairs.

1999-2004 Ford Mustang front bumper covers have a metal bracket that is held in place with three tabs that are very thin and easily torn.

These tabs can actually be repaired using polypropylene sheets and a nitrogen welder, or they can be repaired using an airless welder and reinforcing mesh a technique many would consider to be considerably less labour-intensive.
