Fix Auto World President and CEO Steve Leal announces changes to the company’s organizational structure, starting with the appointment of David Lingham to the role of Head of Business for Fix Auto World, effective immediately.
Fix Auto experienced impressive growth in 2016 alone. With active operations in 8 countries, a recent network launch in China, and ongoing development activities in other regions, Fix Auto World is setting itself up for scalable growth and requires support to sustain its long-term development.
Prior to his appointment to the role of Head of Business, Lingham worked with Fix Auto World since 2015 on the global strategic development side of the business. His extensive experience in management consulting and in-depth understanding of the collision repair industry are valuable assets for Fix Auto World. In his role, Lingham will be responsible for directing and steering the business’ international operations.
Leal added: “David has been a core member of the Fix Auto World team since he joined. He has the expertise and knowledge of global industry trends to lead Fix Auto World’s international operations, from the growth of our existing networks to our expansion into new markets.”
Lingham’s transition to the role of Head of Business caps off a series of recent appointments, namely those of Nick Spiers; International Operations Manager, and Ben Pugh; International Brand Manager. Desmond Chan, Global Strategic Development, will continue to lead business development in Asia. Carl Brabander, Vice President, Marketing, will continue to play a key role within the Fix Auto World team in determining, steering and developing global marketing and branding strategies, and Stephanie Corrente, Communications and PR Manager, will continue to focus on aligning global communications with the network’s evolving needs.
Daniel Hogg, Chief Financial Officer, and Gabrielle Comtois, Vice President Finance, who head up Fix Auto’s financial management, continue to play a vital role in Fix Auto World’s international growth and expansion. Further appointments and changes to the Fix Auto World team will be communicated in early 2017.
Steve Leal remains President and CEO of Fix Auto World and continues to oversee the organization’s global business strategy and focus. “This is the most exciting time to be in the collision repair industry,” said Lingham. “Fix Auto World is perfectly positioned to capitalize on the global trend toward consolidation and we are building the right team to drive success.”
