The Fix Network has announced the addition of a new facility in Alberta—Fix Auto Drayton Valley.
The facility is owned by Andy and Lana Moritz. This is the second location in the region, having joined the Fix Network family in 2016 with the opening of their first location—Fix Auto Calgary Deerfoot.
“We have owned and operated a collision repair shop since 2009; opening our first location in Red Deer,” says Lana Moritz. “We then sold that location and decided to partner with Fix Auto opening our facility in Calgary.”
Expanding the business has been successful for them. “We have so much faith in the Fix Auto brand and the support we receive from the network it was an easy decision to become a multi-shop owner. After seeing the successful growth of our Calgary Deerfoot location, we are excited to do the same in Drayton Valley,” adds Lana. When Moritz’s wished to invest further in their business, they chose to expand the operations of their Calgary Deerfoot repair center in 2017 by adding NOVUS Glass.
The network states in a release that Fix Auto Drayton Valley is the largest auto body shop in the locality, thus being able to attract customers even from its neighbouring communities. The shop has been able to develop a reputation for providing quality customer service and also enjoys strong partnerships with insurance companies and suppliers. The network, as with all of its franchise strategic partners, supports the shop with marketing and advertising strategies, operations and management to help the facility provide hassle-free repairs. According to the Fix Network, these advantages make Fix Auto Drayton Valley an ideal choice for new and returning customers.
