Brake Parts Inc. (BPI) has appointed Jake Wegner as the new Vice President of Sales for the company.

The announcement was made by Paul Ferrandino, Chief Commercial Officer of BPI.

“Jake is an experienced and innovative sales management executive who will make a positive impact with our customers,” said Ferrandino. “Jake has been very successful in helping increase sales in his previous positions, while at the same, implementing new tactics and training that have assisted his sales teams in meeting their goals and objectives. We are excited to add Jake to our sales team and welcome him to the BPI family.”

Prior to joining BPI, Wegner was working for Magid Safety as the Regional Vice President of Sales. In this role, he was in charge of managing and directing sales teams in the Ohio Valley/Southeast and Great Lakes/Upper Midwest regions for the company. As stated by BPI, Wegner aided in improving sales across all product lines through the innovative sales strategies he had developed and implemented. At Magid, Wegner has served in several positions with increasing responsibility. Before Magid, Wegner also served as the Regional Account Manager at Sonoco and worked at Hayes Manufacturing.
