KYB Americas has announced the launch of the KYB Training Hub for automotive aftermarket professionals.

Designed for parts professionals as well as auto service professionals, the Training Hub contains two separate tracks specifically designed for each of them. Each track has short individual modules featuring the latest technical and sales training content.

KYB is offering a soft and high quality, long sleeve, KYB Strut-Plus shirt to every user who completes a training track.

“Training has been an integral part of our business and our culture for a long time, this new platform allows us to deliver the content service providers and part professionals have been asking for in a very quick, and convenient way,” says Aaron Shaffer, KYB’s Director of Product and Marketing. He further adds, “The KYB Training Hub is a fantastic supplement to the in-person training provide.”

KYB intends to help service providers and parts professionals improve their shock and strut business along with their overall performance. The training modules are designed to provide users with technical knowledge and communication skills to do so. For the benefit of service providers, the information in their modules includes how critical shocks are to vehicle control systems, proper road-testing techniques, selling value over price and more. The modules for parts professionals are focused on technical training, asking the right questions, and better understanding the mechanical components involved in electronic safety systems. Aftermarket professionals may access the interactive, self-paced training tracks on the company’s website: KYB Training Hub.
